Contributions to Because Women Can PAC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, foreign nationals, federal contractors, and minors under 18 are prohibited.
By contributing, you confirm that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident, and that this contribution is made from your own funds and is not being reimbursed by another person or entity.
